Smoking tobacco on a party bus is legal in California, but it's not allowed on our buses. You can take cigarettes or a joint with you on a party bus, but it's recommended that you don't smoke them. The Assembly Appropriations Committee narrowly approved a proposal to allow passengers to smoke and vape cannabis products on holiday buses, despite opposition from the CHP.
